Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

This policy applies to products purchased from store.nintendo.sa

To be eligible for a return, products must be: 

  • Returned with their original packaging, sealed, and unopened. 
  • Unused, with the original box unopened, and the original seal intact. If a product has been used, opened, or its seal removed, the refund will be declined, and the item will be returned to you. 
  • Certain items like sculptures and collectible items are non-returnable. 
  • Products that have been opened, used, altered, or disassembled will not be accepted unless they are defective. 
  • Used or damaged stationery and office supplies will not be accepted. 

For products covered by a warranty, please refer to our warranty policy or contact our service center directly by calling 8001010029 or emailing nintendo.info@aic.com.sa. A return is not considered accepted until you have been explicitly notified of its approval. 

Return Window

Unless otherwise specified, Nintendo Saudi offers a return window of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the shipment by you, in case of returnable products.

Return Process and Applicable Charges

To process your request to return a product, we will need to collect the product from your location via our delivery shipping partners. To process the collection of your return shipment, please follow the process below:

  1. A return shipment waybill will be generated once you request to return your order. Please print the waybill and attach it to the return shipment.
  2. A return courier should contact you in 2 business days to arrange the pickup of the return product. If this standard timeframe has passed and you still have not received a call from the courier, please contact us for further assistance.
  3. You can also return the product to us by dropping off the package at one of the service outlets of the shipping company.

Please read the packaging guidelines carefully before shipping your product to us as any loss or damage to products that occurs before they arrive with us is your responsibility and will not be covered by warranty.

Packaging Guidelines

Once your return is processed, applicable charges will be deducted from the refund amount. These charges include:

  • Shipping charges for returning the product to our warehouse. The charges will vary based on your pickup location. 
  • Bank transaction fee associated with the initial sale is not reversed during a refund and this may vary depending on the mode of transaction chosen. 

Process Upon Receiving the Return Request

It may take up to one week for a returned product to reach us after you send it. Once it arrives at our fulfillment center, please allow up to two (2) business days for us to receive and process your return. After your return is processed, it may take up to seven (7) business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. Your refund is subject to the condition of the returned product.

General conditions applicable to all returns

Nintendo Saudi reserves the right to return a product to you if it does not meet our guidelines or conditions. The customer will not be entitled to any refunds if the product is not eligible for return.


If a return request is declined at any stage, we will attempt to deliver the product back to you once. If this delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will hold the product for three (3) business days only. You may request another delivery attempt through our customer care team within these three (3) businesses days. If requested within this timeframe, we will arrange a final delivery attempt within two (2) business days of your request. If no request is received within three (3) business days, the item will be sent for disposal. Once disposed of, you will no longer be able to request delivery, and no compensation (including the item's value) will be provided.

If a returned item is not part of your purchase history, it will be returned to you.

Eligible Product Categories

Products with the "Eligible for Return" tag under the following categories will be accepted for return within the specified period, provided they meet the terms and conditions:

  • Consoles 
  • Accessories 
  • Game Cards

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

Consoles, Accessories and Game Cards must be:

  • Returned with their original packaging, sealed, and unopened. 
  • Unused, with the original box unopened, and the original seal intact. If a product has been used, opened, or its seal removed, the refund will be declined and the item will be returned to you, unless the item is a defect. 
  • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must also be returned. 
  • Nintendo Saudi has the right to determine if the item is to be repaired, returned to the customer or refunded. 

Please Note: Once a refund is issued, we cannot change the refund method. If your refund status is not "Approved/Declined" in “My Account” after the processing time has passed, please contact us for assistance. If your refund status shows "Approved" and you haven't received it within the standard timeframe, please contact your bank for more information.
